Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or a related field, or a relevant trade qualification.
- Experience in Data Centres, HVAC, cooling systems, water treatment, facilities or industrial services.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn the water industry.
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with Data Centres, Hospitals, Commercial and Light Industrial customers across Western & Southern Sydney and Canberra to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Develop tailored water solutions with the support of Technical and Corporate Accounts teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable results for customers.
- Manage accounts with autonomy and contribute to safety, wellbeing, and inclusion within the team.
