Job summary

Ecolab seeks a hands-on Account Manager in Townsville, Queensland, to lead relationships and service delivery in the Water Mining/Heavy division. You will use a consultative sales approach to win new technologies for current customers while ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.

Preferably based in the Townsville region with overnight travel as required, you will receive full technical and sales training to support your success in this dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Account Manager with consultative sales approach.
• Ability to build effective client relationships and lead accounts.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays and manage regional customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing customers in the water and process sectors.
• Support field trials of reagents and oversee product delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain continuous treatment programs.
• Develop client relationships through targeted prospecting and cross‑team collaboration.
• Manage customer inventories and ensure timely product delivery.
• Gain deep understanding of in-field processes and services.
