Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a State Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our South Australia and Tasmania VM teams. You will ensure exceptional in-store presentation across Concept stores and Concession pads, develop training, and support store managers on VM standards.

The role is a 12-month fixed term, commencing September 2026, with a competitive package, vehicle allowance, and opportunities to drive sales through strong VM leadership.

Qualifications

A tertiary or equivalent qualification in Visual Merchandising is desired.
Minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience; fashion apparel experience is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead SA instore Visual Merchandising teams.
Maintain VM standards and store presentation.
Develop training initiatives for VM skills at store level.
Assist with new store manager VM training sessions.
Oversee installation of instore VM concepts and guidelines.
Identify VM opportunities with Retail Managers to drive sales.
Collaborate with Managers and VM staff to set standards and provide support.
