Job summary

Smiggle is seeking a Visual Merchandise Manager to drive the VM direction across NSW and ACT. You will manage two VM direct reports, translating brand vision into creative merchandising strategies and guiding store teams to deliver outstanding visual experiences in multiple stores.

You will collaborate with the NSW state leadership team to ensure consistency with product and marketing direction, coach staff, and maintain high visual standards.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience across multiple sites.
• Commercially aware with ability to lead and develop a team.
• Multi-site VM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure creative direction is aligned with product and marketing across NSW and ACT.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve innovative outcomes.
• Lead, coach, influence and mentor management and staff to high merchandising standards.
• Report to National Visual Merchandiser and drive VM direction across stores.
