Seed Heritage is seeking a State Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the SA instore VM teams in South Australia and Tasmania. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality presentation across concepts and concessions, with a 12‑month fixed term commencing September 2026.

You will develop training, oversee VM installations, and collaborate with regional managers to identify opportunities that boost sales while maintaining brand standards. A driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Visual Merchandising experience, fashion apparel experience a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• People leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SA in-store Visual Merchandising teams.
• Maintain VM standards and store presentation.
• Develop training initiatives to upskill VM at store level.
• Assist with new store manager VM training sessions.
• Oversee installation of in-store VM concepts.
• Apply and implement In-store VM Guidelines.
• Identify VM opportunities with managers to drive sales.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to uphold standards.
