Job summary

Smiggle is seeking a Visual Merchandise Manager to lead two VM direct reports and translate brand vision into compelling merchandising strategies across New South Wales and ACT.

Reporting to the National Visual Merchandiser, you will drive creative direction, coach store teams, and build strong relationships with store leaders while delivering a high standard of visual execution.

This full-time role (38 hours per week) offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience.
• Commercially aware with ability to lead and develop a team to success.
• Multi-site management and VM experience desirable.
• Strong people leadership and a passion to drive the business forward.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring creative direction is aligned with product and marketing direction across NSW and ACT.
• Develop and maintain relationships within a small team and key stakeholders to achieve innovative creative outcomes.
• Leading, coaching, influencing and mentoring management and staff to achieve high merchandising standards.
