Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a talented Window Display Assistant to join our Windows Team in Brisbane. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering high standards of in-store and window presentation across our stores and concession pads within Brisbane.

You will install window VM concepts, apply VM guidelines, and help drive merchandising opportunities to increase sales. A minimum of 1 year in Visual Merchandising is required, with a driver’s license and access to a car.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage).
• Experience assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold a current driver’s license and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts.
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines.
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards; identifying merchandising opportunities to increase sales.
• Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/stock changes/housekeeping and maintenance of windows.
• Provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standardsIn conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
• Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers

ABOUT YOU:

• Has a minimum of 1 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage)
• Be practised in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
• Possess strong time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Has a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car
