Job summary

Seed Heritage seeks a Window Display Assistant to join our Windows Team in Brisbane. You will install window VM concepts, maintain presentation standards, and support merchandising opportunities to boost sales.

With at least 1 year of VM experience, you will style prop-heavy displays, collaborate with Store Management, and travel as needed. Benefits include a $1,000 yearly clothing allowance, up to 50% off new season products, a car allowance and career development.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 1 year Visual Merchandising experience.
• Able to assemble and style prop-heavy window and in-store installations.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car.

Seed are currently seeking a talented and committed Window Display Assistantto join our Windows Team in Western Australia.This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our stores and concession pads within Brisbane.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
• Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers

ABOUT YOU:

• Has a minimum of 1 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage)
• Be practised in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
• Possess strong time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Has a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car
