Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in program management and transitions.
• 5+ years in managing major transitions or complex programs.
• Proven success delivering large-scale workforce transitions.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Head mobilisation and transition of the program services to go-live.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting and escalations.
• Oversee workforce transition, recruitment readiness and onboarding.
• Drive business, technology, service and security readiness.
