International SOS is seeking a senior program lead to head the mobilisation and transition of the program services through go-live, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. You will oversee workforce transition, recruitment readiness and onboarding while driving cross-functional readiness across business, technology, service and security.

• 7+ years' experience in program management and transitions.
• 5+ years in managing major transitions or complex programs.
• Proven success delivering large-scale workforce transitions.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience, including 5+ years managing major transitions, mobilisations or complex programs
• Proven success delivering large-scale workforce transitions and business mobilisations
• Strong program management expertise across planning, governance, risk and stakeholder engagement
• Experience leading organisational change, communications and cross-functional teams, with strong influencing, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification
