Job summary

Versatile Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Australia to drive strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of platform implementations and guide governance, ensuring momentum across initiatives.

You’ll manage vendors and work with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working and realize measurable business value across the group.

Qualifications

8–10 years in technology transformation, operational improvement or business systems delivery.
Strong experience across agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic platform and system implementations
Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps
Drive delivery governance, reporting, RAID management and steering committee updates
Manage vendors and implementation partners across scope, schedule and budget
Partner with leaders across operations, technology and corporate functions to deliver outcomes and embed change
Drive business readiness, change adoption and transition to business-as-usual operations
Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and remove barriers to delivery
Ensure transformation initiatives achieve measurable business value and sustained adoption
