As a Manager in Transformation Delivery, you will lead planning, governance, and cross-functional teams, translate requirements into delivery outcomes, and leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience contributing across business, customer experience and technology workstreams.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, with certification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to translate requirements into delivery outcomes.
- Experience using PM tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Understanding of risk, issue, dependency and quality management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives.
- Lead and manage program and project delivery, focusing on scope, dependencies and risks.
- Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts.
- Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for consistency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.
