Job summary

Versatile Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Australia to drive strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of platform implementations and guide governance, ensuring momentum across initiatives.

You’ll manage vendors and work with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working and realize measurable business value across the group.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in technology transformation, operational improvement or business systems delivery.
• Strong experience across agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic platform and system implementations
• Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, RAID management and steering committee updates
• Manage vendors and implementation partners across scope, schedule and budget
• Partner with leaders across operations, technology and corporate functions to deliver outcomes and embed change
• Drive business readiness, change adoption and transition to business-as-usual operations
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and remove barriers to delivery
• Ensure transformation initiatives achieve measurable business value and sustained adoption

Versatile Group is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Strategy & Transformation team and help drive the systems, change and transformation initiatives powering our next phase of growth.

This is not your traditional project management role.

You’ll take ownership of delivering strategic technology and business transformation initiatives, bringing structure to complexity, maintaining momentum and turning business priorities into measurable outcomes.

Working across the Group, you’ll lead major platform implementations including CRM, HRIS, Resource & Workforce Planning solutions, while ensuring new systems and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for someone with 8–10 years’ experience across technology transformation, operational improvement or business systems delivery, with strong experience across agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies. You’ll be confident managing complex programs, influencing senior stakeholders and holding vendors and delivery partners accountable.
