Bank Australia is seeking a strategically minded Program Manager to lead a team of project managers and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned programs and projects that support our corporate strategy. The role involves partnering with business leaders, managing risks, and ensuring timely decisions and fit-for-purpose solutions across multiple locations.

You will design reporting, manage budgets and resources, and drive adoption and benefits realisation across hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team of EPMO Project Managers and oversee their delivery efforts.
• Program and project manage assigned strategic activity to achieve timely outcomes and KPIs.
• Earn and maintain a reputation as a trusted partner in program management.
• Provide early warning of risks or issues threatening budget, scope or outcomes.
• Design and embed metrics to measure benefits realisation and adoption.
• Provide transparent status reporting to Sponsors, Owners and stakeholders.
• Guide change management and consult with the Bank’s Change Management Team.
• Promote simplification and standardisation of PM processes and templates.
