As a Manager in Transformation Delivery, you will lead planning, governance, and cross-functional teams, translate requirements into delivery outcomes, and leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing across business, customer experience and technology workstreams.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, with certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into delivery outcomes.
• Experience using PM tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Understanding of risk, issue, dependency and quality management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience contributing across business, customer experience and technology workstreams within transformation or delivery environments.
• Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, supported by relevant certification or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of business and process analysis approaches, with the ability to translate requirements into clear delivery outcomes.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project and Jira, to support planning, tracking and reporting.
• Sound understanding of risk, issue, dependency and quality management, with the judgement to elevate matters appropriately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Developing commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting project budgets, resourcing and delivery performance.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and agentic solutions to improve delivery outcomes, efficiency and innovation.
