Job summary

Vanguard Australia is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives supporting Corporate Actions across the enterprise. You will combine Corporate Actions expertise with technical product management to shape the roadmap, coordinate vendor inputs, and guide system integrations.

The role ensures Corporate Actions data is accurately captured and delivered to portfolio managers, traders, accounting teams, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Corporate Actions processing and understanding of events in the trade lifecycle.
• Comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns; partner with engineering teams.
• Ability to make thoughtful product decisions that improve performance and scalability over time.
• Clear and compelling communication for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Ability to bring people together, create alignment, and drive momentum across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction of one or more strategic products with cross-divisional impact, shaping design and roadmap.
• Partner with investment, operations, technology, and vendors to deliver outcomes that create value.
• Coach and support product teams with clarity and accountability.
• Build alignment across internal and external partners for well-supported decisions.
• Lead planning and delivery of new product capabilities with clear requirements and plans.
• Use feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve user experience.
• Contribute to business planning and prioritisation for high-impact work.
• Collaborate with engineering on development, CI, and automated deployment.
