Job summary

Vanguard Group in Australia seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead Corporate Actions-focused digital product initiatives. You will shape roadmaps, coordinate vendor inputs, and guide system integrations to ensure accurate data delivery to portfolio managers and traders.

You will combine corporate actions expertise with technical PM skills and collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive scalable solutions. Hybrid working model supported.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Postgraduate qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Approximately five+ years of relevant business experience, including leadership of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Corporate Actions data/workflows experience within investment management or operations.
• Experience defining requirements and leading product enhancements for complex system integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across investment, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction of one or more strategic products with cross-divisional impact.
• Partner with investment, operations, technology, and external vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Coach and support product teams with clarity and accountability.
• Build alignment across internal and external partners to support decisions.
• Lead planning and delivery of new product capabilities from business needs to requirements.
• Use feedback and data to improve user experience and performance.
• Contribute product perspective to business planning and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with engineering to enable CI/CD and deployment practices.
• Contribute expertise to strategic initiatives and special projects.
