Job summary

Vanguard Australia seeks a Senior Manager, Public Web to lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of our public web ecosystem. You will drive growth, balance client outcomes with regulatory and privacy requirements, and lead a team of specialists across Marketing, Technology, CX, Data, and Design.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team for 3+ years.
• Experience managing a public website as a product and growth channel.
• Ability to translate client and business needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver evidence-based improvements to website traffic, engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the public web vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead web product capabilities across cross-functional teams.
• Establish an experimentation and personalisation programme.
