NCS Australia is seeking a Client Service Manager to own and grow key client relationships within technology consulting. You will develop account growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and partner with delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

The role emphasizes strategic engagement with senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with sales, consulting and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions, manage pipelines, and deliver outcomes

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management or client development within IT consulting, technology services or professional services.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts and generating new opportunities.
• Strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage credibly with technology leaders.
• Commercially minded, proactive and hungry to win.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating complex organisations.
• Strong consultative selling skills — you understand the client's business before selling the solution.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across sales, consulting and delivery teams.
