Job summary

Carpentaria is seeking a Talent & Workforce Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, partnering with managers to move vacancies from approval to appointment. The role supports onboarding, retention and workforce capability initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right people to meet participant and service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies, teams or locations.
• Ability to engage candidates and stakeholders including senior leaders.
• Knowledge of merit-based recruitment, employment screening, privacy and employment frameworks.
• Proficient written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Support onboarding, retention and workforce capability initiatives.
• Engage with managers to progress vacancies from approval to appointment; communicate with candidates and report on progress.
