Job summary

Pitcher Partners seeks a Talent Partner to proactively source high-quality candidates from new grads to Directors, using university relationships, careers fairs, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and team culture, conduct candidate screening to assess capability, motivation, values and fit, and deliver a professional,

Qualifications

• Proven candidate sourcing experience in a talent-short market.
• Experience running volume recruitment campaigns, preferably in early careers.
• Confident communicator and negotiator with senior stakeholders and top candidates.
• Self-starter, results-driven and passionate about recruitment.
• Experience recruiting accounting/finance or knowledge of WorkDay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates from grads to Directors using multiple channels.
• Partner with portfolio stakeholders to understand role requirements and culture.
• Screen candidates to assess capability, motivation, values and fit.
• Deliver a professional and inclusive candidate experience as a Pitcher Partner representative.
