Job summary

Rogers Resourcing on the Sunshine Coast invites a Marketing & Attractions Lead to shape strategy and deliver campaigns for regional recruitment projects. You’ll craft content, manage budgets and partnerships, and drive candidate attraction across digital channels while aligning with clients’ brands.

You’ll collaborate with the Director, oversee video storytelling, CRM and marketing automation, and help expand our relocation campaigns as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating and delivering marketing content and strategy to budget.
• Customer facing with clients, able to articulate brands and visions.

Responsibilities

• Strategise Attraction Opportunities for new positions and client attraction.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for positions and relocations.
• Storyboard video content for testimonials and client videos.
• Track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Write and edit content and adverts for recruitment campaigns.
• Oversee CRM, customer journey and marketing automation initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies and platforms.
