Job summary

Talentpath Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking a senior creative to join permanently. This content-first role blends design, video and brand stewardship to deliver premium work in-house and coordinate external partners.

You will own the full content lifecycle, shape high-end marketing collateral, and lead a fast-moving team to maintain elevated standards across social, digital, print and sales environments.

Qualifications

• Senior-level creative with exceptional taste and a premium design eye.
• Strong portfolio showing high-end brand work across multiple channels.
• Hands-on designer who produces polished work without hand-holding.
• Strong content creator able to ideate, shoot/produce, edit and deliver quickly.
• Confident across static, carousel and short-form video formats for social.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for efficient rollout.
• Comfortable using AI tools to elevate output with strong brand judgement.
• Mature stakeholder manager capable of working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and able to workshop ideas without ego.
• Fast, organised and deadline-driven; quality stays high with volume.

Responsibilities

• Create and roll out premium content across organic and paid channels (social, digital, print, sales environments).
• Own end-to-end content execution: concepts through to final files, formatting and delivery to deadlines.
• Design high-end marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Produce and edit short-form video content for social and campaign cut-downs (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Build a consistent content engine: plan ahead, maintain momentum, keep quality high in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate priorities into on-brand creative that performs.
• Coordinate and lead external creatives: briefing, direction, and quality control.
• Support campaign activity that drives enquiry and traffic, with paid and organic synergy.
• Act as a brand guardian: protect the visual identity, tone and standards across every asset.
