Job summary

Lucid Consulting Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract and engage great people across Australia. You’ll manage recruitment activity from sourcing through to onboarding, partnering with leaders and the People & Culture team to understand workforce needs and priorities.

You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners, while driving process excellence and using AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical or professional services roles.
• In-house or agency recruitment background.
• Strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to build talent networks across channels.
• Willingness to contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks and the end-to-end offer process.
• Maintaining relationships with recruitment partners, job boards and industry networks.
• Maintaining the systems, data and reporting that support effective hiring decisions.
• Contributing to People & Culture projects and initiatives that enhance employee and candidate experience.
