Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions.
• Experience in building technologies, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Leverage market insights, data, and hiring analytics to influence decisions.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, compliance and outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the journey.
• Lead representation at recruitment events and build talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
