Job summary

Glitch Productions is seeking a Business Systems Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Systems department in Australia. You will coordinate projects, manage change, document processes, and ensure workflows are followed across all company systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Experience rolling out new processes or systems across departments.
• Good judgment for prioritizing work and escalation when needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery schedules and day-to-day priorities for the Business Systems department.
• Coordinate and track initiatives and milestones to keep work on track.
• Own change management for new systems, processes, and workflows.
• Plan rollouts, communicate with departments, and prepare training materials.
• Prioritize initiatives based on needs, dependencies, urgency, and capacity.
• Create and maintain documentation for standards and workflows.
• Run operating cadence: agendas, decisions, and action items.
• Report status and system health to Head of Business Systems.
• Triage requests and tickets, route to owners, and track resolutions.
• Audit usage of systems and coordinate fixes or retraining.
• Enforce governance policies and escalate high-risk issues.
