Job summary

BUSY Group in Australia is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to join our Corporate Services team and lead a diverse portfolio of projects across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive business improvement, systems implementation and integration initiatives from initiation through to handover, coordinating governance and stakeholder engagement.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract commencing 2 November 2026, based in our Southport office with a hybrid

Qualifications

Experience managing projects from initiation through to implementation.
Experience delivering strategic business, technology or improvement projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Experience developing project methodologies, frameworks or templates.
Strong project governance, reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business, technology and improvement projects.
Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, governance and reporting activities.
Develop and enhance project management frameworks, tools and delivery standards.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, resources and outcomes.
Prepare executive-level reporting, project dashboards and status updates for key stakeholders.
