The GPT Group is seeking an accomplished Development Director to lead Sydney's logistics development strategy, originating opportunities and guiding end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle. Responsabilités

• Identify, review and assess development opportunities within and external to the portfolio, to drive growth.
• Prepare and present business cases and funding reports to Executive and Board level stakeholders.
• Develop masterplans and business plans to maximise returns and manage risk.
• Negotiate JV and Development Management Agreements to mitigate exposure.
• Lead and manage the project team across internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee ESG and risk management frameworks across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, engagement of contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Manage approvals including Master Plans, Development Applications and project approvals.
• Lead leasing, marketing and project completions and secure commitments.
