Job summary

Workwear Group in Melbourne is seeking a Supply Planner to review and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and the company's Inventory strategy. The role focuses on delivering cost-effective inventory levels to meet sales demand and customer expectations.

You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and support inventory performance and KPI reporting while driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Review and complete accurate supply forecasts for the portfolio.
• Review variances between supply forecasts and supplier capacity, lead times, critical path plans with Sourcing.
• Coordinate placement and changes to purchase orders, ensuring supplier capacity and DC timelines.
• Support stock position reporting and KPI tracking with the Supply Planning Lead.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute supply plans to meet demand forecasts and stock availability targets.
• Work with Sourcing to align supplier capacity and lead times with planned purchases.
• Manage PO placement, validation, and amendments to meet DC timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and data management.
