Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a commercially minded and insights-driven Demand Planner to join our Operations team in Melbourne.

You will lead demand planning and forecasting to shape inventory outcomes and support business performance, with responsibilities across forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work on improving forecast accuracy, providing scenario analyses, and partnering with D2C, B2B and Operations to optimize inventory and stock availability, while

Qualifications

Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar supply chain role.
Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
Advanced Excel and ERP/planning system experience (e.g., SAP).

Responsabilités

Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts using data, trends, and commercial inputs.
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to drive improvements.
Lead and contribute to an effective, insight-led S&OP process.
Provide scenarios, risks, and recommendations to support business decisions.
Support inventory optimization and OTB planning with forward-looking insights.
Partner with D2C, B2B and Operations teams to improve inventory flow and availability.
Maintain data integrity across systems and planning tools.
Deliver clear reporting and translate data into actionable insights.
