Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support stock allocation, logistics coordination, inventory management and stakeholder engagement across the national network.

You will collaborate with regional teams and dealers, monitor shipments, maintain SAP records and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle stock allocation to align inventory with business needs.
• Monitor shipments, inventory levels and logistics operations.
• Build relationships with regional teams and third-party logistics partners.
• Prepare stock and supply-related reports for planning and decision-making.
• Attend regional offices and dealer queries related to stock.
• Update shipping details, status, and schedules.
• Maintain SAP and other systems updates.
• Assist with fleet, distribution and vehicle delivery processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Contribute to projects supporting Hyundai's objectives.
