Job summary

General Motors Australia & New Zealand Ltd is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Supply Chain and Sales teams. You will work with the GM/SV and Cadillac dealer network to enhance customer experience, optimise order fulfilment, and drive efficiency across internal processes and external partnerships.

The role requires collaboration with local and global colleagues, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain with order requirements and fulfilment including new models in ordering systems.
Provide high-quality support to dealer network; respond to inquiries within 4 hours.
Manage monthly reporting for financial rebate programs with monthly deadlines.
Prepare schedules and ad-hoc correspondence for dealer network.
Engage with local and global colleagues to meet order requirements and amendments.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Aftersales to support operations and One Team approach.
Analyse data to prepare reports on financial and vehicle sales KPIs and customer feedback.
Update on dealer progress through training for the calendar year.
Liaise with GMANZ technical staff on customer experience issues.
