Job summary

MAHLE Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations by coordinating warehouse, inventory, procurement, and logistics activities while ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

You will manage orders, monitor deliveries, perform stock checks, collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs, and prepare reports to inform decisions. The role offers growth and development within a global automotive supplier.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing Administration, Warehouse Administration, Inventory Control, or Operations Support.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, demand planning, forecasting, or 3PL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations for timely product movement.
Manage purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and follow up on open orders.
Monitor inventory levels, perform stock reconciliations, and support cycle counts.
Collaborate with suppliers and 3PL providers to resolve issues and improve service.
Prepare operational reports and analyze supply chain data for decisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
