Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Melbourne to shape long-term commercial investments. You will lead complex sourcing from strategy to contract, partnering with senior leaders, Legal, Finance and Procurement to deliver value and transform procurement capabilities.

You will develop sourcing strategies, drive market engagement, and negotiate outcomes that align with enterprise goals, while ensuring governance and compliance across the organisation.

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, tools and ways of working while ensuring compliance with governance and procurement frameworks.

About the opportunity

As our Strategic Sourcing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how Australia Post makes long-term commercial investment decisions. Reporting to the Senior Strategic & Sourcing Manager and working closely with senior business leaders, Legal, Finance and Procurement stakeholders, you'll lead complex sourcing initiatives from strategy through to negotiation and contract execution. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, drive commercial value and help build the future procurement capability of Australia Post.
