Stripe's Solutions Architecture Team in Sydney is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to build trusted relationships with c-level and technical decision makers, guiding discovery to design, and aligning business strategies to monetize opportunities.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Product teams to expand usage in global markets, lead technical strategy, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer journey.

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years in a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with key decision makers.
• Effective group-facilitation and leading customer meetings.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures.
• Excellent ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to drive change.
• Ability to travel as required.
