Stripe, Inc. is hiring a Solutions Architect to build trusted relationships with senior executives and technical buyers, defining end-to-end business solutions that monetize Stripe’s platform.

You will lead discovery, architect scalable models, and shepherd deals from initial engagement to technical win. The role focuses on strategic guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and driving growth across global markets, with an in-office location at 383 Kent Street, Sydney.

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing engineering role for a global software enterprise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility with senior decision makers.
• Effective group-facilitation skills and confident in proposing and leading customer meetings.

• Lead Technical Strategy & Sales: guide discovery to design feasible solutions and secure technical wins.
• Demonstrate the product with compelling presentations and executive briefings to address customer problems.
• Identify and close complex opportunities and accelerate adoption of Stripe offerings.
• Drive account growth by expanding usage across existing and new markets and business units.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners and Product teams to define and execute account strategy.
