Job summary

HESTA is recruiting a Senior Manager – Risk Frameworks & Systems to lead the evolution of the Risk Management Framework, aligning to APRA expectations and leading practice. You will partner with the CRO, Executive, and Board to lift risk maturity and strengthen governance across three lines of accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing or re-engineering risk frameworks and policies.
• Experience leading risk reporting and three lines of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of HESTA’s Risk Management Framework, policies, risk appetite and methodologies.
• Provide trusted risk advice to the CRO, Executive and Board.
• Oversee strategic risk reporting and the GRC platform roadmap.
• Partner across HESTA to embed risk practices and enable risk-informed decisions.
