Job summary

UGL in Victoria's Utilities Operations & Maintenance is hiring a Scheduler to transform work-ready activities into delivery programs, balancing resources, constraints and customer requirements across multiple work programs.

You will develop and maintain schedules using FSM and related systems, coordinate labour and resources, and work with field teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date. The role also involves identifying constraints and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple constraints and optimise field delivery.
• Comfort with data-driven scheduling and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules using FSM and related systems.
• Coordinate labour, plant and resources to support delivery requirements.
• Work with field teams to ensure scheduling information is accurate and up to date.
• Identify constraints, risks and opportunities to optimise delivery performance.
• Support forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
