Job summary

UGL Limited is hiring a Scheduler to strengthen delivery planning across Victoria’s utility operations. The role will transform work-ready activities into effective delivery programs, balancing resources and constraints to optimise field performance.

You will coordinate labour, plant and scheduling data, engaging field teams to keep information accurate and current. The successful candidate will bring ESI experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with FSM or ERP systems, plus Power BI

Qualifications

Experience within the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) is highly regarded.
Understanding of permits, access requirements, workforce planning and crew deployment.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with FSM or ERP systems.
Experience using Power BI or the ability to develop reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain schedules using FSM and related systems.
Coordinate labour, plant and resources to support delivery requirements.
Work with field teams to ensure scheduling information is accurate and up to date.
Identify constraints, risks and opportunities to optimise delivery performance.
Support forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
