Pivotal Dynamics in Melbourne seeks a strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing across its group of businesses, focusing on growth, client acquisition and cross-selling. You will set commercial priorities, develop brand strategies and oversee budgets and teams to deliver measurable results.

Based in the Melbourne region, the role covers expansion into Vietnam, Thailand and the UAE, with a base salary of 85,000 AUD plus super.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading multi-brand or multi-entity initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working in international markets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop group-wide and brand sales and marketing plans, setting revenue targets and performance metrics.
• Lead sales planning across the group, defining target segments and processes for inquiries, leads and retention.
• Prepare and manage budgets, allocate resources across brands and campaigns.
• Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, referral and traditional channels.
• Use insights and market data to guide positioning, pricing and growth opportunities.
• Oversee brand positioning and marketing materials for each business.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks across group entities.
• Establish client engagement and retention strategies with business unit leaders.
• Lead planning for new ventures and international expansion.
• Manage and develop the sales and marketing team, set objectives and monitor workloads.
• Monitor campaign results and report to senior management, adapting strategies as needed.
