Job summary

Partale Talent Pty Ltd is searching for an experienced Country Manager to lead two established brands in Australia. Based in Melbourne (Dandenong South), you will drive growth, profitability and a high-performing team across sales, operations, finance and customer service.

You will report to the SVP Commercial Asia Pacific and partner with group functions to implement market development plans, travel across Australia and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior general management or commercial leadership role.
• Experience in consumer brand environment, retail or wholesale.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop multi-function teams across sales, operations, finance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian P&L end-to-end with annual budgets and targets.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy and go-to-market plans for two brands.
• Champion marketing and brand-building to sharpen positioning and customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and dealer partners; negotiate with customers.
• Lead and mentor the Australian team across all functions; drive a high-performing culture.
• Oversee operations, logistics and customer service; ensure compliance with Australian laws.
