Job summary

LionJob is seeking a National Account Manager, RTD to lead our RTD portfolio across key Independent customers from Sydney. You will own relationships, develop strategies and drive growth across the Independents channel.

You will use data and customer insights to influence where our partnerships and RTD portfolio go next, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to turn insights into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Sales, Marketing or Category roles.
• RTD experience is a strong advantage.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with key Independent customers.
• Develop and execute customer strategies and joint business plans.
• Lead complex negotiations, promotional planning and customer agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and shape strategic priorities.
• Own key commercial metrics across your portfolio, including volume, margin and customer investment.
• Play a lead role in shaping and influencing RTD strategy across Independents channel.
• Work closely with Category, Innovation, Shopper, RGM, Brand and Supply teams to bring RTD strategy to life.
