Job summary

Lion is seeking a National Account Manager, RTD, to join our Sales team in Sydney after an internal promotion. You will own the RTD portfolio across key Independent customers and contribute to strategy, innovation and category growth across the Independents channel.

You’ll work with Sales, Marketing and other teams, turning market insights into opportunities and helping shape RTD plans for Independents. Strong commercial experience and RTD knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/Marketing/Category or similar commercial roles.
• RTD experience is a strong advantage.
• Data-driven with ability to turn insights into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with key Independent customers.
• Develop and execute customer strategies and joint business plans.
• Lead complex negotiations, promotional planning and customer agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and shape strategic priorities.
• Own key commercial metrics across your portfolio, including volume, margin and customer investment.
• Play a lead role in shaping and influencing our RTD strategy across the Independents channel.
• Work closely with Category, Innovation, Shopper, RGM, Brand and Supply teams to bring RTD strategy and plans to life.
