Job summary

Sydney Airport is seeking a Manager, Risk and Compliance to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the organisation's risk and compliance frameworks. You will work with stakeholders across the business to strengthen governance, reporting and accountability.

Reporting to the General Manager, Risk and Company Secretary, you will embed risk and compliance into decision making and day‑to‑day operations, helping deliver major projects and strategic initiatives in a complex

Qualifications

Solid foundation in risk management and exposure to compliance, governance or assurance activities.
Ability to interpret regulatory or business requirements and translate into practical actions.
Experience preparing reports and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk and Compliance Management Framework.
Partner with business units to identify, assess and monitor risks and controls.
Support major projects by embedding risk and compliance considerations throughout the lifecycle.
Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate impact assessments and implementations across the business.
Prepare risk and compliance reporting for leadership and governance forums.
Contribute to a strong risk, compliance and speak‑up culture through training and awareness initiatives.
Help improve risk and compliance reporting, data quality and dashboards.
