Job summary

HUB24 in Sydney or Melbourne is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to strengthen risk and compliance practices across the Group. You’ll provide pragmatic advice to executives and boards, develop risk frameworks and ensure regulatory obligations are met while supporting strategic objectives.

In this Line 2 Risk role, you’ll help enhance risk-management capabilities, embed a strong risk culture, and collaborate with business leaders to drive effective, informed decision making in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in law, finance, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.
• Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance advice across a broad range of risk classes.
• Partner with business leaders to support risk-based decisions.
• Enhance and maintain risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
• Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting.
• Contribute to Board, Executive and Risk Committee reporting.
• Build relationships to embed risk culture and accountability.
• Deliver risk and compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• Support maturity of HUB24's three lines of accountability model.
