Job summary

HUB24 Limited..., Sydney or Melbourne-based risk and compliance professional sought to strengthen risk management. You will advise across risk classes, support governance, and improve frameworks, reporting to executives and boards while embedding a strong risk culture across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.
• Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Risk team and play a key role in strengthening risk management and compliance practices across the Group. In this Line 2 Risk role, you will provide pragmatic, independent risk and compliance advice to business stakeholders, executives and boards. You will help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, support sound risk-based decision making, and ensure HUB24 continues to meet its regulatory obligations while achieving its strategic objectives. Can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

What you bring

Experience & Skills

• Degree qualified in law, finance, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.
• Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
