Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney CBD invites a Risk Analyst to join our Line 1 Risk Management community. You will design and implement target state operational risk and compliance frameworks, policies and standards, working closely with Line 1 departments and the Line 2 CRO team.

You will provide coaching, support business areas, and deliver risk reporting, conduct control testing, and manage stakeholder relationships to strengthen risk culture and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk or compliance within financial services.
• Ability to support Line 2 stakeholders in risk governance.
• Strong ability to communicate responsibilities in a Three Lines model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to design of target state risk and compliance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance to embed enhanced risk management practices.
• Support preparation and delivery of risk and compliance reporting with meaningful insights.
• Conduct control testing and assurance activities for key controls.
• Manage internal and external relationships to drive risk and compliance outcomes.
