Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia seeks a Risk Analyst to join our Line 1 Risk Management community, collaborating with Line 1 departments and the Line 2 CRO team to strengthen risk and compliance practices.

You will lead and/or contribute to the design and implementation of target state operational risk and compliance frameworks, provide coaching and guidance to support embedding enhanced risk management practices, and support risk reporting with meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to the design and implementation of target state operational risk and compliance frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, training and guidance to support business areas in implementing enhanced risk management practices.
• Support the preparation and delivery of risk and compliance reporting, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders and contributing to effective governance outcomes.
• Conduct control testing and related assurance activities to assess the effectiveness of key controls and support compliance with risk management frameworks, policies and standards.
• Manage internal and external relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strong risk and compliance outcomes.
