Job summary

icare invites applications for a Risk and Assurance Lead role within NSW. Based in Sydney, Gosford or Wollongong, with at least one day weekly in Sydney, this role focuses on identifying risks, strengthening controls and guiding decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within a regulated environment (preferably insurance or workers compensation).
• Strong ability to assess risks and controls and apply sound judgement to complex issues.
• Proven capability to engage with leaders and general managers across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify, assess and manage risks across the business and schemes.
• Lead risk workshops, strengthen risk registers, controls and monitoring.
• Provide practical risk advice across transformation and priority initiatives.
