Job summary

Hyperfast is seeking a Business Reporting Project Analyst to lead reporting across Hyperfast operations. You will provide visibility into KPIs, analyze trends, and present strategic updates to drive operational success.

The role requires strong data skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders. In this role you will develop dashboards, forecast deployments, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the customer experience and ensure projects

Qualifications

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio (or similar tools).
Strong understanding of FTTP network and key build activities.
Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track progress against targets and budgets.
Build deployment forecasts across targets and budgets, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Support business improvement initiatives to optimise customer experience.
Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and projects with timely senior management insights.
Forecast internal and external resource needs and align with project requirements.
Handle ad-hoc requests to support the Hyperfast business unit.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT Security and other groups to ensure alignment with budgets and compliance.
